Here’s the latest video made for Heva – “Heroes of Europe: Volcanic Agriculture”. An ode to the volcanic terroir and the magnificent union between man, history and nature in some of the most spectacular landscapes in the world: Soave, Lessinia and Santorini. Despite the distance that separate one from the other, these territories boast a common feature: their soils originated from the eruption and sedimentation of ancient extinct volcanoes.
The video was shot in Italy and Greece. It is divided into different chapters, each showcasing a distinctive trait of the project: Man and territories; Soil; Man at work; the PDO products originating from volcanic soils, protected by the European Union and the respective Consortia.
