ProWein 2023 was a success, it received wide acclaim and a great international resonance.
Professionals from the wine and spirits industries from all over the world had an intense three days. 86% of the approximately 6,000 exhibitors were of international origin, coming from over 60 countries. The market leaders of the global wine and spirits industry were represented, as well as importers and exporters, commercial agencies and wineries and cooperatives producing wines of controlled origin.
The extreme internationality of the offer is the strength of ProWein, which recorded almost 50 thousand professional visitors, up on 2022 by 28%.
HEVA MASTERCLASSES AT PROWEIN
The European project HEVA – Heroes of Europe Volcanic Agriculture, represented by the Consorzio del Soave and Lessini Durello and by Santo Wines was the protagonist of a Masterclass entitled “Vulkanweine im Vergleich (Volcanic wines compared)”. Organized during the morning of Monday 20 March 2023, the Masterclass, created for the German-speaking public in collaboration with the Swiss magazine Vinum, was well received by the press and by operators in the sector, who attended in large numbers.
