Sweden has recently enthusiastically welcomed the Heva project, presented through a series of seminars conducted by the renowned Swedish food and wine journalist Asa Johansson. From April 23rd to 26th, a journey through the main Swedish cities brought attention to wines and PDO agri-food products born from volcanic terroirs, protected by their respective Consortia participating in the project.
The Masterclasses, organized in collaboration with Hotel At Six in Stockholm, the urban winery Wine Mechanics in Gothenburg, and the wine bar Volare Visby in Visby, attracted exceptional participation from sommeliers, journalists, and industry professionals.
The appellations represented in the workshop include the prestigious Italian wine Consortia of Soave and Lessini Durello, as well as the Union of Santorini Cooperatives – Santo Wines and the Veneto Consortium of Monte Veronese cheese.
