HEVA, Volcanic Agriculture of Europe is the European project aimed at enhancing the PODs Santorini, Soave and Soave Superiore, Lessini Durello and Monte Veronese, which are protected by their respective consortia.
After two years of pandemic, Cibus is an important event that enables HEVA to present its projects to the public. The aim is to promote and discover the oenological and agro-pastoral excellence from the very particular volcanic terroir that unites all the PDOs involved in the project.
For Cibus, HEVA will be hosted by the Consorzio per la tutela del formaggio Monte Veronese DOP at Hall 02 – Stand D 008
