HEVA, Volcanic Agriculture of Europe, is the European project aimed at enhancing the PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) products of Santorini, Soave and Soave Superiore, Lessini Durello, and Monte Veronese, protected by their respective consortia.
The occasion of Cibus is significant because – after the pandemic hiatus – HEVA returns to showcase its projects related to the promotion and discovery of oenological and agro-pastoral excellences born from the unique volcanic terroir that unites all the PDOs involved in the project.
During Cibus, HEVA will be hosted by the Consortium for the Protection of Monte Veronese DOP Cheese, at Pavilion 02 – Stand A 044.
