Six months after the successful relaunch, Heva – “Heroes of Europe: Volcanic Agriculture”, an international project aimed at protecting and promoting products from volcanic terroirs, is gearing up for Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2022.
Salone del Gusto – which will be held at Parco Dora, in Turin, from 22 to 26 September – is the most important global event dedicated to food and food politics based on the philosophy envisioned by Slow Food: good, clean and fair. The fair will see more than 600 Italian and international producers in attendance as well as numerous events focusing on food “regeneraction”.
The Consorzio Tutela Formaggio Monte Veronese DOP will represent Heva at Salone del Gusto 2022. The Consorzio will be located at stand PR82, along Via dei Presidi in Parco Dora.
Salone del Gusto is an unmissable event: after halting activities due to the pandemic, Heva is back to promote the exceptional wine and food products that come from the unique volcanic terroirs of its member PDOs. The Consorzio Tutela Formaggio Monte Veronese DOP will be present on behalf of the other member consortia: Consorzio del Soave, Consorzio del Lessini Durello and the Union of Santorini Cooperatives – Santo Wines.
