The Salone del Gusto and Terra Madre 2024 – scheduled at the Parco Dora in Turin from September 26th to 30th – is the most important global event dedicated to food and food policies according to the Slow Food philosophy: good, clean, and fair.
Terra Madre 2024 takes a further step in the direction set since 2004 – when for the first time the Salone del Gusto was accompanied by the large meeting of food communities that changed not only the history of the event but also that of Slow Food. The chosen theme does not overlook the seriousness of the moment and the urgency of action but does not focus exclusively on the crisis and instead aims to bring a perspective, a positive momentum towards the future.
Representing the Heva project will be the Consortium for the Protection of Monte Veronese DOP Cheese, which can be reached at booth N7, in Parco Dora.
The occasion of the Salone del Gusto is important because HEVA returns to showcase its projects related to the promotion and discovery of oenological and agro-pastoral excellences born from the unique volcanic terroir that unites all the PDOs involved in the project. The Consortium for the Protection of Monte Veronese DOP Cheese will act on behalf of all the other entities involved: the Soave Consortium, the Lessini Durello Consortium, and the Union of Santorini Cooperatives – Santo Wines.
